Dear CNI members,

The Spring CNI meeting will be held on Thursday and Friday, April 15 and
16, 2004 at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center Hotel in Alexandria, VA,
right outside Washington, DC.  Registration materials will be sent by
the end of this month to designated Task Force representatives.

We are now accepting proposals for project briefings, one hour breakout
sessions which focus on a specific institutional project related to
networked informaton or a discussion of a hot topic.  Proposals may be
submitted via our website at:

The deadline for submission is Wednesday, March 5, 2004.
