While there have been many excellent reports and tutorials on fair use rights for text and to a lesser extent addressing image materials, flim and video have been particularly complex and confusing. This report seems particularly timely given the growing interest in student videos as a mode of expression. There are also some interesting videos that support and illustrate the report's conclusions.
