CNI director Clifford Lynch will open the meeting with a presentation of CNI’s 2013-14 Program Plan; Eszter Hargittai, Delaney Family Professor in the Communication Studies Department at Northwestern University, and Fellow at Harvard’s Berkman Center for Internet & Society, will deliver the closing plenary address.
