DPLA Exchange And SimplyE, an Open Platform for E-Content Services, Helping Libraries Take Back Control of E-Content Delivery to Your Patrons, Michele Kimpton (DPLA), James English (NYPL), David Millman (NYU), Robert Cartolano (Columbia U.) The Digital Public Library of America (DPLA) is launching a pilot to support and test a new model for library-owned and library-centered ebook delivery. This panel presentation and discussion discusses how DPLA exchange and SimplyE are being deployed and how this platform is being considered in academic libraries for delivery of e-content.
