You have doubtless seen press coverage of the new US, Mexico and Canada
Trade Agreement (USMCA) that is intended tor replace the existing North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). There are some significant
changes in the intellectual property provisions in this agreement that
haven't received much coverage in the general press, but our colleagues
