The dynamic environment of Georgetown University Library’s Maker Hub is creating opportunities for interdisciplinary work, fruitful collaborations, and surprising innovations. This presentation discusses how various programs have contributed to Georgetown’s thriving maker community.  

3D Scanning and Augmented Reality as a Method to Deliver and Promote Digital Collections in Libraries & Museums (Chad Hutchens & Tyler Kerr, University of Wyoming)
This presentation discusses the a 3D content delivery system that utilizes both traditional print media as well as a smart device augmented reality (AR) application. This content delivery method for collections has potential for public outreach, fundraising, mobile and interactive collection uses, as well as promising pedagogical use for open educational resources.
