On March 30-31, 2020 as part of the CNI Spring virtual Member Meeting, we h=
eld two convening of an Executive Roundtable on strategies for acquiring in=
structional materials; this included both open educational resources and "i=
nclusive access" type arrangements. It also discussed experiences in provid=
ing instructional materials support for the sudden transition to remote ins=
truction that took place throughout higher education in March 2020 in respo=
