This week, UKRI released an interesting report titled "Welcome to the Future: Innovate UK's 50 Emerging Technologies that will shape the UK Economy in 2040 and Beyond"; this is a wide ranging very high level look at a lot of different (and interacting) technologies, not simply information and computing based developments.
