The webinar, led by CNI Executive Director Clifford Lynch, provides an overview and synthesis of what we heard from participants in a recent CNI Executive Roundtable on research university strategies for implementing generative AI systems. The conversation included teams from about a dozen CNI members, and it explored their experience with various aspects of selecting, acquiring, financing, and contracting institutional-level or other large-scale procurement of generative AI services and systems.
